The Heene Family

If you are like me you are getting tired of hearing about the "Balloon Boy Hoax." I am writing this because there are a few things I am confused about. This is not really about the hoax itself, but the footage provided by the producers of Wife Swap. The Wife Swap episode I saw with the family involved the wife trading places with the wife from another family that was overly protective of their children. This makes since because the two families are complete opposites. Mrs. Heene lost her temper with Mr. Martel, but they eventually got along just fine. Mr. Heene became very angry at Mrs. Martel a number of times because he felt that the new wife was making him look like a bad father. This was especially true when she purchased helmets and pads for them to wear when riding their bikes. Since the balloon incident, the producers of Wife Swap have shared clips from an episode that I have never seen. This one involves the Silver family. I do remember seeing the physic Silver family on a different episode but they were not with the Heene family. All of this confusion forced me to search ABC to find out if I was right or completely losing my mind.

To my surprise, I found they have 2 episodes listed for the Heene family. One with the Martel family http://abc.go.com/shows/wife-swap/episode-guide/heenemartel/132697?page=2, which I saw and one with the Silver family http://abc.go.com/shows/wife-swap/episode-guide/heenesilver/161743. That at least solves my confusion about the Heene family, but I only found 1 episode with the Silver family (with the Heene). Now I am confused about the other episode I saw with the Silver family! Why are they only providing some of the facts? This makes me wonder what else the producers know that they are neglecting to tell us about. Did they know something or see something that could have prevented all of this?
